My Entire Looksmaxxing Regimen
background: 18 yrs old, plates closing not fused. cant afford hgh yet working on it though. 6'6 190lbs narrow clavicles ltn bones overall mtn face. looking to ascend in gym especially and maybe slight facial changes


Lifestyle and habits
Sleep- 8 hours minimum.
Red light filters on devices before bed.
Limit recreational drug use especially during weekdays.

Diet
  1. 3500 Calories daily
1 Gallon milk daily
1 pound 85/15 beef daily
Cereal pre workout
Β½ cup rice post workout
Total cost: $12 daily, or $360 per month.

Skincare- 30 mg accutane, plus:
Morning:
  1. Wash with cold water in shower
  2. Apply topical GHK-cu
  3. Apply tinted spf
  4. Extra moisturizer throughout the day if needed
  5. Apply hyaluronic acid and vaseline to lips
Night:
  1. Wash and cleanse in cold shower
  2. Dermastamp .75mm every 2 days
  3. Apply topical GHK-cu
  4. Apply tretinoin cream

ALL to failure with 2.5 min rest

  4. Rope pushdowns 2x8
  5. Squats or leg extensions 3x8
Wednesday- Legs/Cardio
  1. Leg Curl 3x6
  2. Calf Raise 2x8
  3. Elliptical, Bike, or Stairmaster for 30 minutes
Thursday- Rest
Friday- Sharms
  1. Shoulder Press 3x6
  2. Preacher Curls 2x7
  3. JM press or dips 3x6
  4. Lateral Raise 3x8
  5. Curls 2x8
  6. Rope pushdown 2x8
Saturday- Chest and back
  1. Chest fly 3x8
  2. Rows 3x6
  3. Incline smith 3x6
  4. Lat pulldown 3x6
Sunday- Rest

Supplement stack
  1. Testosterone Propionate- 500mg/week administered once in the morning along with shower/skincare routine
71.4 mg administered daily, or .357mL.

About 35 units on the syringe, just above 35.
HOW TO PIN SAFELY:
  1. Wash hands
  2. Get insulin syringe and test vial and alcohol swab
  3. Wipe down needle and lid of vial
  4. Stick the needle in and draw to 35 ccs.
  5. Flick the needle to get rid of air
  6. Pinch belly fat, inject at 45 degree angle.
  7. Inject slowly ensuring it all goes through, dont push it too fast
  8. Wipe again with alcohol swab
  9. Put cap on needle and throw away

aromasin on standby for side effects

HCG- 250 IU administered 2x per week

Again, you shouldn't apply both GHK-Cu and Tretnoin at night, GHK-Cu in the morning and Tret at night, that's the right way. Hope this helps.
