I only have 2 pairs of 33 pound dbs and a 40 pound weighted vest btw

pull ups 1x8 36 lbs

pike push ups 1x8 32lbs

lateral raises 1x8 33 lbs

decline push ups 1x8 73lbs+10

Dips 40+33 1x8

RDL 1x8 33lbs +40

squats 1x9 33lbs +40lbs vest

Accessories
Neck curls, wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, farmer walks and calf raises

Everytime i hit the goal reps in a set i up the weight
 
full body 3x a week
