btw I have a theory to why russiancels got fat
basically because all of the famines that happened in Russia only those who stored some extra fat survived and didn't starve to death
so only they passed their genes, and nowadays it translates to obesity
I have pictures of my great grandparents and all of them seem to carry a bit of extra weight even though those pictures were taken in the 30s and 40s

That famines caused fat genes, all of my family is overweight regardless of diet (if it's for niggers, russians or whatever population that almost starved to death multiple times)

60% of Russians are overweight and 20% obese this is a lot considering Russian diets aren't even that bad
even niggers in the US are fatter in average then weights

Everyone on my father's side of the family are overweight by nature, but everyone on my mother;s side of the family is skinny as shit and doesnt gain any fat. It's variable from family to family, not something that can be applied to a whole ethnicity
