Rate my side, tell me my failos. First consultation coming up, doctor said I could either get Chin Implant or a bimax, what should I choose? Also I know my bf% is high(probably like 22% rn), im currently leanmaxing so hopefully its not over for me.

Do not use silicone implants in the chin area, it's a terrible idea. Genioplasty is the best and extremely simple option compared to other surgical procedures.

Could you explain why genioplasty is better than implants? During my consultation the doctor said implants is more effective in making the chin longer vertically and wider, so its better than a genioplasty which just slides chin forward.

Silicone is a very foreign substance to the body. The result after the surgery will undoubtedly be good, but your joy won't last long. Within about 5 years, the implant will literally start to devour and grow into your bone, and over time everything will return to how it was before. And it is very profitable for your surgeon for you to come in every 5 years to replace the implant, paying more each time as the surgery becomes increasingly complex because the bone mass in your chin will be smaller with each procedure. Genioplasty, on the other hand, is work with your own bone, and it is literally permanent.
