My maxilla not that recessed but do u think lefort one is the way and a rhino plasty if my nose don’t get well?

You’re right maybe your maxilla is not a problem, but unfortunately, not holding proper tongue posture. Your face is being dragged downwards rather than upwards through. Proper myofunctional habits. that leads your nose being dragged down as well, causing that bend in the cartilage and bone. A rhinoplasty would help a lot, first work on getting your posture correct breathe through nose and make sure to hold proper tongue posture and get a pallet expander if your tongue doesn’t fit properly.
