can't really "target" side profile or anything but just focus on living the healthiest life style you can while you are still growing, diet gym (low cts fatigue) and sleep may seem like basic advice but they work wonders
do all that and pray for bones is all the advice you can really get outside of some small things that you can just find on the forum, like example mino for hair, skincare etc
