honestly i suck at rating people im not an expert in this area but you shouldnt really think about your "rating". think about the things that you can do to look better

you are definetely not ugly imo. yes you might not be in the top 1% but if you think about it. seeing someone in this percentile is really really rare. although hypergamous foids most of them would go for the top 1% that doesnt mean all of them are going to get with the top 1%

I don't really care that much about girls that much,i see no point in hanging out with bunch of girls,but i care about my looks because i was extremely insecure growing up and really bad looking,but i know that i should improve what i can and let it go,i would try to do that,and i think you are a good guy

My opinion most of your problems arent fixable with our surgery apart from skin and hair and lips you can improve

My facial convexity is like 158° which is bad but i think my biggest problem is my chin there,my brow ridge is mid and maxilla also

Im in the mid of orthodontic treatment so i would most likely get herbst appliance there is a chance it can help by some degree

Accutane (isotretinoin) Daily 10-20 mg should clear your skin, takes about 2 Months id guess. Angles of your mouth look a Bit turned down, maybe botulinum toxin to relax the m. depressor anguli oris. Mirin the hair
