decent ramus, gonial angle is kinda on the higher side but its fine, good nasal projection , neutral orbital vector, chin could be slightly more prominent, recessed brow ridge, forehead is way too small and non existent radix , overall low mtn side, which is slightly above avg in asia/africa and dead avg in europe and america

not really sadly, your best hope is to eat healthy (animal based) , take some sun and have a healthy lifestyle in general for optimal development, you can blast test it could fix your issue but its not 'natural', now mark this as solution or rep both of my messages
