Yeah it's great. Do whatever works for you. I prefer biking some prefer swimming. It's all about what you enjoy and can stick with.

Bigger doesn’t eqial better. Too much to list it. His side profile isn’t harmonious at all. Chill too big. Flat appearance. Flat back of the head and so on.
