good ass fucking physique brother respect, I have the same problem I'm 15 rn at 150 but I literally just started watching what I eat since I'm trying to gain weight rn so like what tips do you have17, crazy late bloomer growth plates still haven’t closed and puberty got so fucked up because I was such a picky eater. much love for the compliment man, anyways there’s kind of two ways to go about it, if you want to drop a bag you can get mass gainer but it tastes like shit and so damn expensive. But the other option if you really struggle it’s really annoying and hard to do for a long time but is kind of just to force feed yourself, like I hate eating if it was up to me I’d eat once or twice a day I just don’t eat a lot in general, but I just kind of had to watch every calorie I ate and force fed myself even when I felt as if I wasn’t hungry. Sounds gross and it’s really unhealthy but peanut butter and Nutella sandwich’s got me through it, I’d pack 3 or 4 for the school day and just eat them throughout. One last little tip, if you like milk GO ON GOMAD 100% shit is such a hack that’s the only way I was able to gain weight without mass gainer or force feeding myself. I wanna put on muscle and I’m not undisciplined I play soccer I practice 4 days a week gng I just don’t lift and I don’t wanna bulk bc I’m not tryna get bloated I js want to build some muscle thoOf course your going to agree because your undisciplined and don’t want to go to the gymput some muscle on you fam

At the end of the day it’s your decision, but doing a slow bulk with a 200 calorie surplus will give you an extreme advantage gaining muscle. You are what 13 years old and never lifted before? At this age and never lifted before you can bulk and if you do it properly easily gain no fat. bulking doesn’t mean shoving as much food down your throat as possible and gaining a shit ton of fat. If you optimize your nutrition and workout plan with a slow bulk of ~200 surplus I wouldn’t be surprised if you could put on up to 20lbs of lean mass in a year with negligible fat gain. Ask around any professional body builder will tell you tel same thing.
