2-3 ml of filler can help a bit with projection, but it's temporary. If the recession is bone-deep, filler won't fix the underlying structure. Genio or implant is the real fix. Filler is just a test run

Since you're planning to get rhino, once you fix your chin I think you'll be a solid MTN. Why not higher? Your gonial angle seems too obtuse
