All my new pimples I get are filled with white puss inside. Idk how to remove them? Any tips. For cleanser i use this and after I use Himalayan salt spray. when I’m about to leave for school I use a 30spf moisturizer. Why do I have oily skin?

use a cleanser for oily skin and use a oil free moisturizer i think the cerave pm one is decent
and ive never heard of using salt spray on your face
