Rate my skincare routine

I have bad excema and reactions to certain pills and i cant take any oral pills like acutane or lymecycline without my skin turning supper red and dry and bleeding and shit. I still get acne but its not as bad and i most want to get tid of the pigmentation left on my skin
Morning
Aveeno nourishing oat clenser
Cetraben cream
RIEMANN p20 original
Then sometimes i will use retenol or Hyaluronic acid
Night
Aveeno nourishing oat clenser
Cetraben
Epiduo adapalene benzol peroxide(prescribed) or the RIEMANN again

Then when im 18 my mum said i can get lazers and other stuff idk about it yet im only 16 rn
Im thinking about swapping the RIEMANN for a la Roche-Posay UVMune 400 TINTED Fluid SPF50+

Let me know what u guys think i should change

I don't take oral pills nor do support that, I do use tretinoin ointments though from skinorac as its quite effective along with la roche posay's cicaplast and spf50 so can recommend that.
