In terms of looksmaxing my bony structures, I am planning to undergo braces + genio + orbital rim implants. Anything else here that I should be correcting?

very narrow palate perhaps you may have to have multiple MSE to have ideal palate in terms of aesthetics and your skull little bit downwardly grown luckily expanding your narrow palate can be sufficient for you in addition unfortunately your palate looks really narrow you can consider SARPE too

Based on the ct scan, I can say that maybe your only important problem is the narrow palate, but if you want me to comment more clearly, you can send me privately with your face from the front and side bro

It's hard to tell just based on your skull. Fat deposits, skin, muscles etc makes a world of difference, so don't take this as a sign that you're unattractive.

But just based on your skull, it seems like you have a narrow lower third. Your teeth alignment might also not be ideal, but that might be caused due to narrow palate. Your eye area also might be unideal, but that also depends on your skin/fat.

That's a lot of surgeries. The only way to know what you really need is to post a picture of your face from the front and side, but I wouldn't do that on this forum.

I just measred it as 62mm. I'm ugly asf but I don't think that's one of my issues
