Rate my smv improvement journey (1 year time period)

So yeah, been doing this for a bit more than a year now. Last photo is 14 months ago, a facial rate would also be greatly appreciated. And physique wise would be great to hear some feedback on maybe some things I have thrown under the radar and not worked out yet. To put an asterisk though, the first side profile is frauded, the nose is taped since the tip is downwards facing. I am looking into rhinoplasty, but currently I neither have nor make enough money for it. As for the starting point I never really had many photos from that time frame so that’s the only adequate one I could dig up

it is a miniscule detail yeah, but a downwards facing tip also somewhat shrinks my philtrum ratio, since it covers the toppart of my already short philtrum
