I’m currently training on a Push/Pull Push/Pull 4 times a week, not training legs (I will soon start doing so)

Push 1
Bench Press x3
Chestflys x3
Smith x3
Non-Weighted dips x3
Triceps pushdown x3
Lateral raises x3

Pull 1
Lat machine narrow grip x5 (to create pump)
Single Dumbbell Row x3
Pulley x3
Dumbbell alternate curl x2
Low cable curl x3

Push 2
Dumbbell press x3
Chest Press x3 (all to failure)
Overhead tricep extension x3
Lateral raises x3

Pull 2
Pulldown high cable x3
RDL x3
Lat Mag x3
Low Row x3
Curl ez x3
Superset dumbbell curl on bench + hammer curl x2

The idea would be to go RIR1 in my first set and then go to failure in the last two, sometimes I go to failure only in the last it depends on how I’m feeling the exercise.
What do y’all think? Slightly detailed advice is welcomed, especially on how to perfection this split introducing a leg workout per week and what resources should I use to build a better routine

also i think i had an aneurysm after reading the word "superset", also doing 3 sets means your gay. Fucking idiot said 5 sets to create a pump? are you fucking stupid? genuinely iqlet split its fucking stupid makes no sense full of redundancy, also its over if you dont train legs

He is a retard lol “over if you don’t train legs” while training legs it’s per se the most useless shit ever, only useful to not look disproportionate and weigh more

if you can send a photo with someone that has relatively the same frame/potential as you I can let you know where you're lacking or where I think you're doing good, but as the multiple comments say before, you definetly have way too many 3x's :ROFLMAO:

2 sets of gumdrop buttons
3 sets of cotton pickers (12 reps each)
9 and a half sissy squats (til failure, in front of a large group of people)
3 sets of upside down jumpingjacks
1 guillotine overhead deadlift (back arched, make sure to drop the bar on your neck when finished)
