Upper:
Bench 3x5
Military Press 3x5
Superset: Machine Chest Fly, Machine back fly with Lateral Raise 3x10
Bent over rows 3x8

Lower:
Squat 3x5
Rdls: 3x10
Bulgarian split squat 3x10
Front Squat 3x5
Superset: Straight bar cable curls 3x10, Tricep pushdown 3x8, Forearm thing 3x10
 
Ive never thought someone could program upper lower autistically. Reduce the volume and stop supersetting.
