Pharma + Supplement Stack (Log)
Hormonal / Protection
Testosterone Enanthate – 2ml per week (Mon & Thu)
Dutasteride 0.5mg – every other day
Accutane 40mg/day – acne control
Telmisartan or Valsartan (20–40mg/day) – cardiovascular protection
Ezetimibe 10mg/day – cholesterol control
Rosuvastatin 5–10mg/day (optional, in case ezetimibe is not enough) – lipid support
Melatonin 10mg/night – sleep and recovery
Supplements / Metabolic Support
Vitamin D3 2000–5000IU/day – hormonal optimization
Zinc 30mg/day – testosterone and enzyme support
Magnesium 200–400mg/day – recovery and balance
Omega 3 2–3g/day – cardiovascular and anti-inflammatory
CoQ10 100–200mg/day – mitochondrial and heart support
Creatine 5g/day – strength, recovery, performance
Collagen + Vitamin C (optional, may stop taking later on) – joint and skin support
NAC 600mg/day – liver support / antioxidant
No multivitamin (avoid excess vitamin A while on Accutane)

Started recently, plan to get bloodwork done every 6–8 weeks (CBC, lipids, liver enzymes, total/free testosterone).
Main goals are improved recovery, less negative emotions, more drive to do shit(accutane is draining my energy), subtle improvement in my bone structure and increased performance on sports.
I feel confident so far, will post updates because my knowledge about this whole subject isn't estabilished yet.
