150 test has no real use, there’s literally no point to it, you’re just risking having your testicles shut off at an age where you don’t really want them to shut off.

Just run the gh and get bloodwork for:

IGF-1
Insulin Sensitivity
Blood Glucose
Estradiol E2 (Ultrasensitive)

*the E2 has to be ultrasensitive as this one is more accurate and is specifically used for men
