Rate my stack for a complete ascension

My stack includes,

-Testosterone E 300mg per week injecting 100mg on Monday, Wednesday and finally Friday.
-Isotretinoin 30mg daily for 12 weeks.
-Retatrutide 0.25mg twice a week.
-hCG 1500IU for the last 4 weeks of my 12 week cycle 750IU each day (Monday, Friday)
- AI (aromatase inhibitors) to balance hormones however not decided between Arimidex or Aromasin.
-Vyvanse 50mg every morning, then slowly increase to 70mg for my crippling ADHD that I will not get through the doctors as they refuse to diagnose me unless I go private (£1500)

I am currently 18 6'1 75kg with a decent physique.
Any thoughts on this would be great, with anything you would alter or add.

p is better for daily injections absorbs better into the blood stream stopping hormone spikes

e is always better than p, because everyone should be doing daily injections. to maximize stability, high frequency and long esters are optimal

unless you have a problem with the enzyme that metabolizes the ester being overworked, a longer ester will result in a slower, more stable decline.
