I was on 80mg isotret for 8 months and my plates still open at 17 I don’t think it closes plates
Hgh dose seems a bit high, but if you can tolerate it go for it. I’m stuck at 6 but that’s only because I’m prediabetic currently
For AI’s I don’t know the dosage but using one in your case seem reasonable and from the studies I’ve read I can see the benefits
