d3 seems too much
you need more boron. 8mg+

10,000 iu of d3 taken every other day is enough (for winter), during summer you should ideally go outside without your shirt on and with as little clothes as possible (best naked jfl, cus sun on your balls = increases T by 200% temporarily, chest = 120%) for 30mins to an hour a day

Also the minimum dose of boron you should be taking is 3mg (the testosterone/boron study found that 6mg is the best for increasing T if I'm not mistaken).

60mg of mk4 is quite a lot tbh, where did you buy it?

I had that in 2019, they are pretty expensive but no one else offers that many miligrams of mk4 other than them from what I saw then, jfl, so you use 4 pills a day to get 60mg?

its as carbonate,gluconate,citrate
IDK! anythbing about carbonate or gluconate but i xo know that citrate is aids

u should just drink milk for calcium

also track your calcium : phospherous ratio

keep calc: p above 1:1 its most more important than the amount of calcium itself

eat 1kg oranges, 750ml espresso, 1l milk and 1l skim milk and you have a very good nutritous base where you won't need much supplementing, also go outside in the sun, maby you can supplement a little though but its not needed much
why is citrate aids btw ?

Citrate causes you to lose calcium in your urine...or misplace i and It can also inactivate the functioning of ceruloplasmin.

espresso boosts your metabolism--- metabolism is everything

you wouldn't need it if you drunk that milk, if anything... supplement aspirin to keep your mitochondria well

regular coffee is okay too but don't make it instant coffee because that doesn't contain magnesium

i mainly say espresso too because u dont have to add much water too it and I add milk, sugar, collagen hydrolysate too to the mix

don't be scared of sugar by the way... only time when sugars are bad is when you're consuming them with starches/PUFA because the starches cockblock the digestion of sugar and promote endotoxin growth otherwise sugar will build up your glycogen stores, speed up your metabolism and improve your health

collagen hydrolysate powder is a good source of gelatin/protein and the glycine in gelatin is great for fibrosis (hairloss) and health in general. (balding men are unhealthy)

i add 4 teaspoons of sugar to every coffee, 10grams of collagen hydrolysate, like 200g espresso, 250ml milk(heated) and I also add an egg yolk (you can't taste it) because egg yolks have some special anti-calciphylaxis metabolites and choline

i have like 4 cups of that a day, along with the oranges/orange juice, more milk, cheese and fibrous fruits

I think the recommended dose for calcium is 1 g (1000 mg) but taking 500 mg should be enough if you eat other high-calcium foods. For me it's:

- Omega 3 (make sure it's the Triglyceride version and comes from a good source, they're trying to rip people off)
- D3 (you need around 1000 IU daily but there's a good chance you already are deficient so best to take more, mine have 2000 IU per tablet and i take two of them right now because i want to increase the D3 levels so 4000 IU, i'm on the side that more is better because D3 is one of the most important vitamins out there, depends on your sun exposure. My dad think there's an agenda and they sell low doses on purpose in Europe, according to him 10,000 IU)
- Zinc (15 mg daily, but there are different types of zinc so make sure its pure zinc, for example in 45 mg zinc citrate, which apparently is the best form, theres 15 mg pure zinc, so read the labels)
- Iodine
- Beta-Carotene (30 mg every second day, relatively high dose but still safe)
- Magnesium, B6 + B12 combo
- Ashwagandha (for better mood + testosterone, helps with anxiety and depression too, better sleep)
- Bilberry extract (european blueberry, good for vision and strong antioxidant)
- Biotin (nails + hair)
- Collagen (20 g per day powder, added to a shake or juice)
- Probiotics
- Pomegranate juice (make sure its 100%, various health benefits, including arteries, veins, heart health)

I'm also looking into some estrogen-blocking supplements like calcium-d-glucarate, wild nessle extract, grape seed extract and rhodiola.
