Intriguing, im rlly curious why are msm, nac, semen on this list of best supplements in your case. Never heard of someone supplementing msm, and the opposite case for nac BUT its trademark effect of causing hopefully temporary pleasure and emotional numbing makes it radiate an avoidant desire of me ever trying it just from the fear of long term numbness
 
I am gonna stop taking NAC because it affects Cytochrome p450 enzyme that uses to metabolizes Armodafinil. I used NAC primary for Mucuslytic effect before.

MSM for antioxidants and coloring

Semen retention for Nutrients recycling, low prolactin, and most importantly neurotransmitters maxxing. I don’t want to nuke my receptors from false digital stimuli
