tried making steak at home once, it was a disaster lmao. i overcooked it for sure. turned out like shoe leather. u need to make sure its got that nice sear on the outside but still juicy inside. idk how you did yours but i'm no expert haha. 3 months ago.

I got a crispy sear or however you call it on it and it was like medium-medium rare it was juicy asf and tender i made it with scrambled eggs and potatoes
