this is sad
increase eyebrow density w dermastamping and minoxidil+tretinoin, lose body fat and maybe do fat dissolvers after that and avoid going bald, doubt your bones will grow much more but even if they did theyd grow in the wrong direction
anyway w what i said ull improve but dont expect to ever look good thats just not possible unfortunately
