Seems like you got the indian belly fat distribution problem.

Supplements for greatest improvement: Green Tea extract, cayenne pepper, reservatrol, and ashwaganda.

Exercise Routine: Heavy weight lifting and HIIT Cardio twice a week, and no more then 3x a week.

Things to avoid: sugar, processed foods , oily foods, lack of quality sleep, too much stress

How to maintain illusion of lower body fat: Hit abs with weights at least three times a week and treat it like any other muscle group ( so for hypertrophy you would need to bulk ). Do bodyweight as well, and make sure you go to failure on some of the sets.

For face chewing gum I noticed gave me the coveted hollow cheeks and a sharper jawline despite bulking.
