Currently running the following things.
- GHK-CU topical 10% once every two days (microneedled, serum diluted down to roughly 1-3% with moisturiser, applied to entire face and hairline)
- Finasteride oral 1mg ED
- Benzoyl peroxide topical for spot acne / irritation

Thinking about adding the following
- Retatrutide to cut BF%
- Topical Minox to rid myself of the Norwood reaper
- Topical RU85541 (have on hand, tried for a bit, side effects scare me a little)

Current pre-summer routine is basically eat one meal a day 600-800cals, tan / get outside daily.

Not sure what my BF% is exactly but definitely lacking definition.

What would you guys add to this, considering my two priorities are skin and hair? Open to ideas.

where r u getting topical ghk?

My fin is prescription, couldn’t get dut prescribed.
is it bc its not available where you live or smth?
sourcing dut isnt too hard anyways

I bought a 10% serum on ebay? I think. And I just put a few drops of that in with my moisturizer and apply to my whole face.

Getting powder is way easier but then you need to reconstitute it yourself

Yeah my doctor wouldn’t prescribe it to me. Currently Fin is doing fine for stopping, just need regrowth now.

mirin, fin is usually more then enough, i just mentioned dut due to it being great for your skin

My skin really isn’t that bad. I used to get very mild acne as a teenager but it’s worn off. My biggest problems now are rosacea (I think? No bumps just redness), redness in my T zones and acne scarring. Also elasticity.
