Very good essential vitamins. I would just advise to be careful with melatonin as it can throw off your natural circadian rhythm

this is the one i use

drop ashwagandha, it causes emotional blunting and alters cortisol levels.
melatonin as a 14 year old is really unnecessary too.
avoid buying calcium. it leads to kidney stones.
also avoid buying a beta-carotene supplement, literally just eat carrots and spinach

heavy training actually increases the risk of kidney stones forming you know that right??
and if you take 1200mg of calcium and also eat dairy, meat or enriched foods then your going way over the safe upper limit (which is 1300 mg / day)

drink milk instead. not raw milk. many people here say otherwise but there is a really high risk of contamination (with e. coli, salmonella and campylobacter), which leads to rapid dehydration and vomiting.

dwbi i get my raw milk from my dads friend and he has a goat and a cow living in clean conditions so im not getting that

you still could bro
well look no bacteria can develop in raw milk (unpasturized) because there is lactic acid in it Aajonus Wonderplatz talked abut a study where they added bacteria to pasturized and unpasturized milk and in the pasturized milk the bacteria prospered because with the procces of pasturiazation you destory the lactic acid and bacteria can thrive and so it did but in the raw milk it couldnt bc of the lactic acid ( btw sorry if i misspeled some words)

now idk about raw milk from a cow thats feed goyslop it may have bacteria idk but what matters is i get my raw milk clean so yeah

fresh raw milk from a healthy cow doesn't contain any lactic acid... lactic acid is only produced later when bacteria begin fermenting the lactose in milk. Fresh milk's pH is close to neutral (~6.7), which is an ideal environment for E.coli, salmonella, listeria and campylobacter to thrive. heat doesn't destroy simple organic acids, so pasteurization does not destroy lactic acid. clean cows don't guarantee safe milk. And don't say goyslop fucking retard, your just acting like an antisemitic piece of shit by saying that. Pathogens in raw milk don't come from cow's eating slop, they come from fecal contamination, skin flora or subclinical udder infections. The study that you referenced doesn't actually exist in peer-reviewed science.

You’re right that fresh milk starts out around a neutral pH but raw milk isn’t just a sterile liquid sitting there doing nothing. It’s a living food. It contains things like lactoperoxidase, lactoferrin, and immunoglobulins that have natural antimicrobial and immune functions so healthy raw milk doesn’t simply behave like something that immediately becomes unsafe the moment it’s outside the cow and when it comes to pathogens I 100 percentg agree that hygiene is non-negotiable that’s actually why i i drink raw milk from where i know the cow is healthy (or goat..). The health of the herd, milking , cleanliness, and how the farm handles the milk all

and for the goyslop shit everyone is just calling it that dont get angry no hard feelings

The proteins that raw milk contains are designed for the stomach of a newborn calf, not to drink as a human. The natural compounds you mentioned are not strong enough to kill e.coli, salmonella nor listeria. If these enzymes actually made raw milk safe, then why do raw milk outbreaks even exist? Public health data consistently shows that raw milk is responsible for the overwhelming majority of dairy-related foodborne illness outbreaks and hospitalizations. campylobacter or e.coli live naturally in the digestive tracts of perfectly healthy cows. A cow can be 100% healthy, showing zero symptoms, and still shit out the campylobacter or e.coli. Because milking happens inches away from where they shit on a daily basis, microscopic contamination can happen in a split second. And just because everyone is saying an antisemitic term doesn't mean you have to either

u make a fair point about the risks involved when sanitary standards arent met. the thing is i just feel like we've been drinking raw dairy since the start of time and it provided nutrients that u just dont get from the stuff u buy at the store after its been cooked to death. its not that i think its a magic potion that kills every bacteria its just that the heat processing strips away all the good stuff like the enzymes and probiotics that actually help our gut thrive. i dont agree that we should just rely on a kill step to make up for industrial practices because when u source from a real farm that actually cares about cleanliness u can taste the difference and feel the difference too. anyway im just interested in how our ancestors stayed so healthy and i think raw dairy is a big part of that history.
