Morning: J Crow's Lugol's 5% iodine, about 12 drops mixed with water

A few hours later: Zinc, Astaxanthin, Beta carotene, glucosamine-chondroitin, belly trim xp (fat burner), ashwaganda, GABA, L-glutamine

at least 6 hours after the iodine drink: Vita Reds, Vitamin C, MSM, Boron, Brazil Nuts

At night: Coconut oil, Vitamin D, K2, E, A, magnesium



thoughts? what should I add ngl

I can't speak for you, Idk your body/health but 1-2 drops per day should be the maximum for most healthy people.

take magnesium, d, and k2 together, and then take a and e together at a separate time?

For example. I personally wouldn't and don't take magnesium together with fat or fat soluble vitamins.

You could do what you described above but take magnesium at another time (e.g. with vitamin C if your intestines can handle it).

It's over for you if you have to try and looksmax to slay.
 
If you already use iodized salt and/or drink milk get that iodine out if that supp stack, gonna overload your thyroid (contrary to popular belief over consumption of iodine is now a greater problem than under consumption.)
