In practice, if you're paying 1$ per pill of vitamin E, and paying 70$+ per bottle of garbage, then its a bad idea financially and you could easily reinvest that elsewhere

For the same price of this Metagenics garbage I could buy 2.2ml of HA Filler btw

Difference is that this wouldn't do anything, whereas the filler would have instant hard results

I would’ve assumed you were on some kind of roid or Hgh stack, considering how many of these supplements have antioxidative properties. You’re also taking a pretty diverse mix, which is better than just using like 1-2 in high doses. So, you don’t seem to be point blank in that regard.

If you actually want to clear your body of heavy metals though, you need to get tested by a doctor and use a prescription chelating compound. Ideally under supervision.

You did miss a few of the most important supplements though.
Have seen worse, but nonetheless, it’s a crazy waste of money.

Coencym Q10 is a good supplement, though, and he even seems to have put research into bioavailability/ absorption considering he uses ubiquinol instead of ubiquinon.
