I plan on getting a wraparound jaw implant with chin in November and also a infra orbital rim implant for the under eye area my cheeks are defined when I lower my body fat (currently bulking). I’m hoping infraorbital would pull up the under eye region and give me hunter ish eyes. Also do I have recessed maxilla? Any other surgerymaxx ideas already got a rhino failio will do it again mid next year. On accutane to get rid of acne and in winter will get glutathione to lighten my perma tan.

Get rhino your nose tip is too bulbous.

If that’s your nose post surgery then yeah you got a bad result. Your nose and you midface/under eye area are your maim falios.

No I don’t think so indians just tend to have genetically bad midfaces and bug eyes.

Rhino, infraorbital implants, and orbital decompression would ascend you. You have a decent base.
