i am at 499 ng dl at almost 18 (over). stress caused by almost a full year of 7 hour practice for uni admission exams completely killed my libido and it still hasnt recovered. this is my current protocol:
- 4000 calories daily , mainly from MEAT, fruits and potatoes
- 9 hours of sleep (10pm bed 7am wake)
-cardio 1-2x a week
-resistance training 5 times a week
-20k iu D3
-50mg zinc
-ball icing and cold showers(lol)
-1 month ''cycle'' 45mg daily k2 mk4, then 5mg
im currently researching into herbs such as tongkat ali but they all seem unsafe due to dangerous heavy metal contamination
