I’m doing calisthenics. Gyms are closed atm, also eating high protein diet
Went to the gym maybe 1 month out of the 2 years I’ve been training. I made weights with water bottles and filled my backpack with rocks. Stop looking for excuses.

Calisthenics are proven to be effective for building muscle though, how is that an excuse? I have a pull up bar, and plan on getting something that will allow for me to do dips. I also plan on getting a weighted vest for squats and lunges, as well as running uphill.

Why did you say “gyms are closed atm” then?
 
to explain why im opting for calisthenics.
But I’m doing weight lifting at home even though gyms are closed, I was creative and made weights myself.
 
To bad will never be given the opportunity
