Been at this shit for over a year
61kg, 6ft, 18
My machine chest press is 110kg which is in the top 14% for my weight,
But top 29% for my ideal weight
Struggle to gain weight because im broke. My broke diet plan is to eat:
300g (100g per meal) of peanut butter a day which covers protein and calories - 90g of protein a day and 2000 calories,
To cover vitamins, ill eat:
Kale
Spinach
Kiwi
Banana
Broccoli
Orange/tangerines
None of these require cooking or cleaning dishes so its low maintenance. None of them require a fridge except kale and spinach. This is all schizo talk tho, i won't stick to it lmfao
