I'm 4 weeks post surgery, so still pretty much swelling is left

I dont see much difference maxilla position. I thought it would look more forward and i even saw the metal attachments but even in the x ray it doesnt look like the maxilla have been moved mire forward instead just rotated it.

mandible was advanced 6mm maxilla 5mm and chin 4mm sagittal and 4mm vertical

His midface and lower third was short and he had deep overbite with downward slanted occlusal plane
