I was as twinky as you when I started lifting but I started at 12 years old. It was very hard for me to gain any weight until I got on roids when I was 17,
Never took roids since then but I still easily gain muscles. and being a naturally skinny dude my body fat is at 12 to 15% without being on a strict diet nor doing any cardio.
Lift for a year and get on test and you will mog us all
