My actual nose is too big, not just appearing that way, and I have a hump which is especially apparent in 3/4 profile, especially on one side cos it's asymmetric. Also my tip is a bit asymmetric and I also need hanging Columella fixed, along with the depressor septi muscles cut so it doesn't droop when I smile
