PSL wise a low tier normie and your SMV would be only decent because of your height. Get rhino and hop on something to alleviate the balding. Trim your eyebrows into a positive canthal shape or something because they look too dense and bad shaped. Further surgeries I would do includes a lip lift and maybe a canthoplasty however I suggest you research further into these procedures for risk evaluation.
