thabks do i also get taz from oharmacy btw? Does it need prescreption?
I live in germany and you have to get is prescribed here but I just imported it from greece from an online pharmacy. I can dm you a source which is like ebay but the sellers are reputable pharmacies from other countries where its prescription free like greece and spain.

Too much stuff in the wrong order filled with many copies. Ghk cu and asta topical is mostly cope (needs injection and oral) Taz > tret. Toner and essence after cleanser and before active. Moisturizer after active and try to get an spf+Moisturizer. Dermarolling healthy skin is stupid if you are below 30. Red light might work idk but not worth the price

Is this for acne scars or acne? Either way you should prob eliminate everything but taz cleanser and moisturizers

how is ghk cu and asta cope.

how is ghk cu and asta cope.
Topical they are cope compared to other forms they can be taken.

Injecting ghk cu and taking 4+ mg asta daily both provide better results

Also the more you use all the shit u listed the thicker ur skin will get + most skincare actives lower elastin so you are doing more harm than good when doing skincare on healthy clear skin ofc u will benefit from skincare but less is more

introduce the tret and serum slowly could irritate your skin espically if you have zero retinoid tolerance

i heard people got better results from topical then on injecting on the skin. A guy once made thread about it he tested both injectable and the topical.

Also wdym most skincare lower elastin? Do you mean using too much product will lower my elastin and give more harm then good?

If so how shoukd be my routine be like?

in general yeah for example vitamin c increases collagen but lowers elastin same with microneedling and some other stuff in your stack

i would choose 1 or 2 actives and stick to them
