I've been on k2 for like 2 years now so Im pretty sure my plates are still open or I have a high height potential because I grew half an inch last month to king of manlet status 5'11
Plus my palate is still defo open but that could be due to ortho treatment

Thoughts on bumping mk to 20 mg ?
My dht gel is coming tomorrow hopefully so I'm going to monitor all my growth (and hairline recession) for 1 month and when that comes Ill bump up my mk cause I wanna max out dick and jaw growth
I calculated that by plain dickmaxxing alone by the age of 25 with the worst genetics I would reach around 8x6 if Im consistent

I would focus more on keeping cortisol, adrenaline, estrogen, prolactin, and serotonin low, rather than taking xyz supplements, as these will directly impact growth plates; thyroid function, which is the main regulator of producing steroid hormones - testosterone, dht.

Well I'm fucked with adrenaline cause I get rushes all the time for no reason to the point of very high eye dilation also the music I listen too doesnt help
Estrogen I think I have very very low E
Prolactin and cortisol I'm not sure how to reduce but I never get stressed and am very calm under pressure
Will try to reduce all

U don't need that much vitamin D daily JFL, the maximum to not surpass is 10 000 UI each day for not create hypervitaminose D that can calcificate ur plates early or blood vessels

You're running into a vitamin E deficiency. Excess vitamin A also has negative effects on your reproductive system. Can even cause testicular lesions and impotence if you go crazy with it for long enough

Theanine in black/green tea helps with lowering cortisol, adrenaline, serotonin. But tea should be consumed after a meal not in a fasted state. Black/green teas can have high fluoride, or be estrogenic, so limit to one cup a day occasionally. Can supplement L-Theanine as well.


Salt, ripe fruit, bone broth for glycine, with taurine and niacinamide also help with reducing cortisol, adrenaline and serotonin as well.
