I was going to list a few things, but then noticed you had already listed them for me, thanks.

The highest return on investment fixes you could make is around your lip shape, size and fullness, as well as your nose projection and philtrum.

Your mandible could be better developed yes, but it's at least average, and you could improve that by getting leaner than you are, your skin's not in horrible shape, could be better yes, and nobody actually cares about your hyoid. These changes should not be a priority for you right now.

Tbh I think fixing nose, lips, philtrum will ascend me very well , and the good part about it that its pretty cheap :feelsgah:

At least my failos are not in bones ( except mandible :feelsez: )
