are not you working on your shoulders? they are fucking small, i have an impression that you miss leg and shoulder days(common program) and hitting a chest only

The shoulder to hip ratio is bad, but you have a very good chest and decent arms, with watery abs at a slightly above ideal bodyfat. Which to me is a good genetic point.
Compared to a typical npc you have an above average body. Which is great, but a lot of people will compare you to tren'd perfect lighting instawhores.
Hit shoulders more to improve ratio and cut/recomp slightly and you'd be way above none tren'd gym goers.

Thanks bro, its almost all bodyweight exercises besides x2 12kg dumbells, i started focusing on shoulders
