Rate my workout routine on PEDs

6 days a week - 4 sets of 1 shoulder exercise, 1 bicep, 1 tricep, 1 forearm, 1 chest, 1 lat exercise (they're all different and some days there are compound movements and in some its isolation)
1 day a week - fullbody with farmer walks, rack pulls, additional forearm and neck exercise

I wilk be doing that on 20 mg S-23 and 10 mg YK-11, maybe will add some cardarine/gw0742 and mk 677. Also I will be in a 1000 caloric surplus

Goal: get powerful and big fast

if youre going to be enhanced you need to take advantage of the pump more so make sure to incorporate drop sets, rest pause and maybe in throw in some bfr training and make sure volume is high, work with 5 sets instead.

yes, I will be training every muscle group every day for 4 sets, but there will be like 2 high intensity strength days and 4 high volume pump days

because I will literally be training every day 1 day there will be at least 1 heavy compound movement and I want to gain weight fast

The 1000 calorie surplus would be adjusted to your daily activity, so the daily activity doesn't really change anything

Unless your goal is to gain weight (and not just muscle), then large surpluses are almost always a bad idea.

Even if you gain an extra pound of muscle over 12 weeks from a 1000 surplus versus what you would have gained from a 500 surplus, that is still offset by potentially gaining an extra 12 pounds of fat and then having to cut

Dirty bulking is almost always an awful idea if you're looks maxing

I will be using relatively high doses of strong sarms and fat burnerns like cardarine so I won't likely gain any fat. But my goal is to gain 20 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks in this program

I gained fat on tren during a dirty bulk (which is common). Even strong SARMS are much weaker than most actual steroids.

At least actively monitor your fat gain and cut that calories if you are gaining fat. So many people get addicted to watching the scale go up not realizing they are making themselves look like a potato.

Hit muscle group 2x a week
10-20 sets per muscle per week
Prioritize compound lifts and get stronger at them
sleep enough
eat enough calories, balanced macros and enough micros

However this works for you. Upper lower, PPL, Full body 3x a week. Stay away from bro splits.
