this is post inflammatory erythema its just damage to blood vessels after acne , i think you have the same but i can't really tell

idk not much u can do other then wait

Nah ive had like very bad cyctic acne but it finally faded away after 9months on accutane(currently still taking it) but the scarring was really bad so my dermatologist did some microneedling and laser procedures and it got better but still quite far off from where i want to be. But yh time helps a lot too
