Hello everyone. Rate my natural ascension without surgery. Can i call myself MTN now?
The profile still kinda sucks due to the recession of the lower jaw, but I will do orthognathic surgery, so only evaluate the front

nice good that you fixed your skin but not mtn and bad frame
