No, I also realized another thing messing with your harmony. You look like you have mild SFS (aka you have a slightly "Short face")

For normies it usually destroys their face and makes them look feminine, but your features seem to not have the same effect.

Regardless, it is a flaw and you could benefit greatly from a Trimax after a Rhino.
