Last I asked for a rate here was like 3 months ago and sense then I started going to the gym, still a twig tho(6,2 166lbs)(189cm 75kg) and got my acne a whole lot better(still not gone tho) and did a few other small misc.

Damn you’re the first person to ever notice that, my right arm is dropped and my right hip is hiked up I think just from legs being dif lengths and my right side on my back is just really tight.
My posture is pretty ass so I’m doing posture exercises eod which should help
