Rob was a 2nd rate film maker with Hollywood connections and name recognition because of his parents. Rob's father Carl was a big actor in the 60s. Rob Got his start on the huge 60s TV show All in the Family, obviously because of how connected his parents were in the TV industry. It is impossible to comprehend how big a show All in the Family was by 2025 standards. It got more viewers every week than the top 3 shows combined do now. He will always be "Meathead" to me.
