Just keep loosing body fat.
 
I just saw that you don't want to loose your muscles. But you have too much fat, making it impossible to not loose your muscles when you decrease in weight. You can build your muscles back up slowly, and carefully after you've lost the fat, carful not to take in too many calories, and doing literally everything to maximize testosterone.

Unless you do steroids. I'm not going to advocate for illegal activities.
