You are a pretty good white guy for 17. You may develop more masculine traits in 20s. If I were you, I wouldn't be worried for now. If you fail to develop masculine traits then you can get surgeries but I doubt it will be needed. 17 is still growing age. Just hit the gym and stay in shape.
